Just as we love it: we rolled up the sleeves and threw ourselves into another exciting project in Scarborough. It is a new residential construction. The owner builds it to last, so after careful consideration he settled on metal tile roof which comes with the 50 year warranty. We have already installed water-proof membrane and are well on our way to installing the tiles. Our client picked beautiful Monterey Classis in charcoal (7024).
