Our client wanted a new metal roofing system for his rent house. He was tired of fixing old shingles roof every two years. So the client decided to replace it with the new metal roof which he knew would perform for decades. On top of that he had great experience with us last year when we did metal roofing for his other rent house in Toronto.

Solution

Shingles is externally influenced by the sun, wind, rain and snow. This causes moisture and leaks, mold and rot. Additionally, there is always a threat of animals (squirrels and raccoons) making holes and penetrating inside the attic.
