GTA snow usually starts late November. Installation slots before the first snow are limited, and snow load only builds once winter starts. Earlier is cheaper and safer.

Do I really need roof snow guards?
If snow slides off your roof onto vehicles, entrances, walkways or a neighbour’s property, yes. Snow guards hold snow on the roof so it melts gradually instead of releasing in one dangerous slide.
Can I install the kit myself?
Yes. The ORIMA system clamps directly to the standing seam rib — no drilling, no roof penetrations. Most homeowners install it themselves in a few hours following the included instructions. If you are not comfortable working on a roof, any local roofer can handle the installation — it is a straightforward job that does not require a specialist.
How do I know which system fits my roof?

Will snow guards damage my roof?
On standing seam and snap-lock roofs, no — the system clamps to the seam without penetrating the panels. Other roof types use fastened mounts installed to manufacturer spec.
Do you deliver and install outside the GTA?
Right now we supply and install in the Greater Toronto Area only. If you’re outside the GTA, send a photo anyway — we’ll let you know when we reach your area.
How much snow can the system hold?
The systems are engineered for Canadian winters. Exact layout depends on roof pitch, snow load and length, which we confirm from your photo.
